This comes in response to comments Porter made yesterday, questioning why Matt Jones was even cleared to play, considering he is facing drug possession chargers related to an off season arrest.

Porter has never been shy about causing controversy off the field. He has been fined this season for criticizing refs and made headlines last week after calling out Denver WR Brandon Marshall.
Marshall responded by claiming he had heard stories of Porter "in night clubs dancing with his shirt off like a girl."

Hey, more power to Porter. His comments about Jones were a bit below the belt, but he's not trying to hurt anyone. He's just hyping the game and trying to instill confidence amongst his teammates. It worked last week and it will work again this week. Miami will best Jacksonville this week.
Joey, keep doing what you're doing, but keep the off-the-field legal issues out of it. You probably wouldn't like other players constantly referring to you punching Levi Jones. Leave that to the hungry sportswriters. It's how they make their bread and butter.
